This portfolio is the intellectual property of ModernUi.Com and Patrick J. Wilson. By agreeing to these terms of use, you are agreeing to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of all documents, samples and images contained.
- Not make any copies or facsimiles in either digital, film or on physical media.
- Not share or distribute any portion of the portfolio
- Not share or distribute the validation key that was provided to you, other than for portfolio review within the organization to which this validation key was issued.
Additionally, by agreeing to these terms of use, you are acknowledging that you understand the following:
- Upon successful entry of a validation key, your IP Address will be recorded along with a time-stamp.
- Access to this portfolio may be revoked at any time, and for any reason.
- That even though content within the portfolio has been scrubbed of any confidential materials, all content should be treated as confidential.
- All portfolio viewing is to be done solely for the purposes of evaluation
- The license to view these materials is non-transferable and is granted not to the individual person viewing the materials, but to the organization to which the validation key has been issued.
Recruiters additionally agree to the following:
- Validation keys issued to recruiters MAY NOT be shared with any organization, when a portfolio viewing is requested by the client of a recruiter, a separate validation key will be issued upon request.
- This portfolio contains materials unique to each validation key, each portfolio is crafted specifically to highlight a need to a specific client in order to prevent potential conflicts of interest.
